As the organiser of a number of tourist visits to India, I have known and tested the services of Chariotindia, every two years (North and South India alternatively) since 2003.  I have no qualification in saying that the services of Mr. P. Badoni and his staffs have been everything that could be desired in terms of professionalism, consideration, helpfulness and friendly co-operation.   These tours have had their problems with members from the United Kingdom (the majority), Australia, South Africa, Europe, Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands and Canada - all giving rise to different problems with their travelling and currency, needs and arrangements etc.   In no case was there any problem in coping with the needs of any one of them at any time.

Dear Mr. Badoni, I want to thank you and your staff for making my young friend from Bhutan, Sangay Wangdi, feels very welcome and well cared for during his stay in Delhi. I know you, Manoj, Kamal, and Mr. Rawat all took great care and time with him. When Sangay was denied his US visa I decided to come to India on short notice, and I appreciate the extra effort that was taken to make certain our stay together would be enjoyable. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our first visit to India such a memorable one. The contrast between the pre trip preparation in Singapore and the reception in India was very stark. Singapore has much to learn from India about service and graciousness.

We are very grateful for the lengths you went through to customise the trip for our boys and to be there and different time to ensure that we were comfortably settled. You kept us so well fed that we travelled home with excess baggage on our persons!

Most of all, thank you for the guide you assigned us. Babu was more than a guide. He embodied all that is beautiful about India and Indians. He will surely be reborn to a higher form after putting up so patiently with our boys.
